I was wondering about something regarding canon points for apping. The point I would like to app from in canon is a brief thing in the latest chapter when it timeskips forward an unknown amount of time. There is a good chance the timeskip will be covered in chapters to come to explain what happened (she kind of has to). As such I'd have to be very careful to dance around what happened in that interim and but headcanon is inevitable. It was a massive shift for the character.
HOWEVER... I would dearly lovely to apply from that point in canon because it's brilliant and kind of perfect for Damned's setting. It would also make the character a lot easier to integrate. He's the sort to smash himself bloody trying to get out otherwise, which... is very annoying to play with in the long term.
Obviously as new chapters come out and explain what happened/is happening to him I'd incorporate it. :3 I'm used to dancing the line with this character and guessing what's happening, since the author loves being insanely vague, while minimizing risk of retcon. I'm just wondering if that's allowed/if I should do extra in the app to address that?
